| Returns You may return products within 21 days or your receipt date. Returns must respect the following criteria: Any item in its original condition that either did not fit or was a core return. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Made-to-order products are not returnable to us. Product credits will be applied to your credit card within (3-4) weeks after receipt of your part in our warehouse. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. |

Procedure
1. Fill Out Our Return Request Form - Click Here 2. When you get your RA# please remember to write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Otherwise, we can not accept your package. 3. Enclose the invoice in the box and wrap the package securely. 4. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. |
